Ordered last week friday double ribs and it was the best. This week decided to order again, and the cut was so bad. Couldnt get meat from the bones and struggled to cut through the individual ribs. As this is one of the most expensive items on the menu, you expect quality.

Not happy at all.Ordered 3 separate double ribs without chips.
Then ordered 4packs of chips separate.
Wht they did they poured chips inside the ribs.Worse of all ,all ribs didnt hv the sauce.
First time buying from ur steers,this kind of service not good at all .

On Sunday went to steers Matlosana mall to buy something to eat for my family,the service I got there it was amazing .Their cashiers they are too friendly up sizing and suggestively.keep up the good service well done

For the last couple of times when I order online for delivery, it takes between 1 hour and 2 hours for the delivery to be made. Then when the delivery eventually comes, the food's always cold!
I doubt it that normal people eats cold chips, but I don't. I don't believe in reheating food at all.
It's really one of the worst experiences I've ever had!
