Nice Place to stay. I travel a lot for business and visit their Gateway hotel often. I was very surprised when I was told they also have an "aha" in Knysna!!

Probably THE BEST HOTEL BED I've slept in during the last 18months of regular post COVID travel!

Will definitely stay there again!

Only reason for a 4star in room section is that there is no room service so arriving late , restaurants close early in Knysna - no place to eat/order food.

A good value stay. Let down by poor room service so far 1 day room not cleaned, towels all damp and not changed, next day very late came and changed towels. Somewhat noisy slamming doors and rowdy guests? Can always hear water draining in the room we occupied. Breakfast was super with excellent staff. Car parking good.

The security staff is wonderful but it's open to the street, which could be a problem. The breakfast staff where extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms where a bit stale, that near the water they really should to be aired out before you arrive

Good clean hotel with nice breakfast, secure off street parking.
A little clinical, nothing fancy but for the price great value for money based on positioning.

Very confortable and well designed rooms, offering great value for noney. Excellent position near the Knysna waterfront, with ample onsite parking. Staff super friendly and helpful????????????????????????

The Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the laundry ladies assisted to carry some of our luggage as the lift was not working,Breakfast was superb ????

Great for one night; walls are thin, so you can hear noisy neighbours entering their rooms and sometimes the flush through the pipes; decent breakfast
