Perfect little spot to grab lunch or a coffee
Just stopped here for a cup of coffee to end our daily adventure and let me tell you, it was the perfect end to our journey.

The service was great and super friendly. Fast and attentive. Everything you want from your patron.

The atmosphere is exactly what you want for a cafe. Inviting and rustic on the inside and open and fresh on the outside with quite an interesting water feature right outside the cafe.

The coffee is what coffee is all about. Hot, delicious, smooth and very good looking. Plated on an individual board with a sweet biscuit. Perfection.

The Daily coffee cafe gets Two Tasty Tummies' stamp of approval.

The Daily is a restaurant in the Woodmill Lane shopping complex in the centre of Knysna. The chairs are comfortable and you can decide to sit inside or outside. It is wheelchair friendly. It might be a little tight for someone in a wheelchair to use the bathroom, but there are public toilets in the shopping area. Just outside the restaurant is a cazibo where local musicians play music on some weekends. The menu is user friendly and well priced. You have a selection of breakfast, brunch and light lunches to choose from. I found the service friendly and the portions generous. Well worth a visit if you are on the run and need to have a quick bite.

Came for just a coffee. After seeing the menu we decided to have a branch as well. I took the Avo and Salmon on toasted Rye. My partner took the Sun Up.

My meal was delicious and the salmon was the perfect amount. However my partner's meal was quite the disappointment. It tasted like old oil was used (the chips were very dark). The bacon also lacked. The meal seemed like it was prepared early in the morning, left in the oil and then just warmed up in the oven, and only the egg prepared fresh.

Food was amazing and I had a freezo that was out of this world! But service was soooo bad. And when it came to pay an extra amount was put on thinking we wouldn't notice! And it went through 3 times? Their food is what saves them!

The atmosphere is homely yet professional. Staff is very attentive and the prices are reasonable. We loved the coffee and the breakfast.

Gourmet milk shakes horrible. Food very small, could hardly see cream cheese on smoked salmon and cream cheese. Rye toast so thin it was like melba toast. Very disappointing experience....

The Coffee milkshake was excellent. And the service is quick and everything is served with a smile. Definitely my favourite coffee shop in knysna !
