Beautiful place, but our burgers were raw, we asked for it to be cooked more only to receive it back microwaved, oily and spicy??? It was barely warm, and the rest of our food was by now stone cold, our microwaved patties were slapped back onto our half eaten buns because by the time it got back to the table it was nothing more than a cold oily mess on our plates.. The staff was hanging out around the side of the building, out of sight, we had to stand up and ask to pay our bill.. they weren't really up to much it seemed. It's a pity such a beautiful place rides off of the location and forgets about service.

Simple made exceptional. I love this little riverside gem with its laid back style but attentive service. There's an abundant kids at area. Looking forward to the coming summer visits and canoeing.

Lovey place to sit and relax. Awesome food. But the service is very very slow. If you need something.. Rather go to the kitchen and get it yourself.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, great establishment, lovely exquisitely beautiful setting It has a very big indoor and even bigger outside settings. They cater for the very young all the way up to the very old.

Stunning and quaint restaurant on river, with water activities and grazing cows. Perfect for setting for everyone to enjoy. Beautiful setting. A must to visit.

stopped to allow the children some play time on the river, paddle boats are delapidated but serviceable and good fun for the children although many.. only one was operational, the staff are friendly and the koffie fair, this is a great venue with average quisine , try the "Padstal" across the road for some takeaway confectionery treats.
