Disgustingly slow service, 1 1/2 hrs for 1 x Wacky Wednesday and 1 x small chips. No organisation at all, absolute chaos. People shouting at staff for the poor service. This Steers needs urgent intervention ????????????

No gloves when preparing the food. The lady taking the orders claimed that she has been working there for many years and do not wear gloves. I complained about the staff preparing the food wearing no gloves. After touching her face and then wanting to prepare a meal. I can cancelled my order u0026 walked out. This is the worst steers experience. The attitude and service! Also masks were not worn over nose and some had no masks at all. I’ll never go there. Sad as this is the only steers in Knysna!

One would think that if you order online you would get quicker service. The fact that I have to pay a R15 delivery fee to start off with ... I placed my order 50 minutes ago and it is still not here. When I place an order at the venue I have never waited for longer than 20 minutes. Makes me wonder if my food will still be hot and my drink still cold by the time it gets here. I must add that last year when I used the service my order would arrive within 30 minutes of placing. When being charged extra for a service one expects the service to be great. And what do you know my order has still not arrived. Going on an hour now and I still do not have my food.

Today we had the worst experience at Steers Knysna. First we were help by staff wearing her mask on her neck. Very load cashier with no mask talking over food, making milkshakes no mask in sight. Non of the staff member wear gloves touching all over there body the without washing hands touch the food you order. The manager sitting outside in the sun shouting and screaming at people walking around the building. The burger we order was dunck with sauce the milkshake was like water. The owner can be pleased people still buy from them maybe because it's the only Steers in town. Most definitely I will never visit Steers again. Compliance certificate display so big but no covid protocol is followed only the customer's do. One positive thing the ladies at Debonairs on point. The manager wears her uniform with pride and the rest of her team aswell. Just show if the person in charge take pride in what she does the staff working under her will also do.

*****EDIT ****.....absolutely shocking!!!! The manager Rodger is so unhelpful, after being in contact with Trevor and being offered a grand total of R100 off my next order I get kept waiting 3weeks for it to be loaded on the system, this place is absolutely pathetic they can keep their discount!! Word of mouth is an amazing thing.......They keep messing up the orders, it's a pity this is the only Steers in Knysna. I wont go back in a hurry. They give so few chips in a large order of chips, the chips look like they are a few days old.....not good at all.

Great place, good food. Chips are great. Average price on all items. Great milkshakes.

Waited for 45 minutes for two burgers. The cashier did not seem to be interested as she was just busy on the phone for take away orders ignoring all the customers patiently waiting in line in front of her. Steers Knysna.... Could you please let me know if there is a manager managing anything in this restaurant? Your staff need a proper customer service training. I will never spend my money again in steers Knysna. Please respect your customers if you want to repeat business. Which is not the case at the moment.... unfortunately.
