ROOMS are very nice, neat and clean. They even have a "minibar" foer the bathroom (toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitary products, cotton pads, etc) which is a really nice touch I certainly you have forgotten to pack these essentials or have run out. Had some issues with hot water, but it's not an issue.

STAFF are all super friendly and helpful.

LOCATION if really good for where the event we attended. I also like the security and the fact thylay there is a small jewelleru safe in the room.

Service/quality vs nightly rate overpriced: First room aircon did not work, second room shower tap was outside the shower and was difficult to mix hot/cold water, it was either/or, a seasoned guest should not need to figure out how it works. Damp/mold in shower. Fixed meals, no à la carte menu, if your vegan, halal, gluten intolerant or allergic you will have no meal options.
Rooms had Poor lighting options, Hall light outside room shone through room glass door, poor curtain, should be a blackout curtain.
Pros: bathroom had spare toiletries to buy in case you forgot yours. Room had a bar fridge with drinks and chocolates to buy, basket with crisps and peanuts. Some rooms had towels with a welcome chocolate on it upon arrival.

Very beautiful property with big comfortable rooms.Wonderful and friendly staff- Maritjie and Sakkie are great hosts.

If you ever visit Nelspruit, this is a place to stay at. Propery is close to amenities.
Their breakfast is very delicious.

Booked and paid early evening. Not sure yet where the issue is, but could not find any contact number that was answered. Not even via WhatsApp. Nobody attending premises to book me in. Now seeking ways of getting refunded. To boot, I now have to find alternative accommodation, at short notice, late at night, having wasted more than 90mins trying to get to the room I booked and paid for. Or drive the 350km back to home, or sleep in car. Not fun after a hard day's work.

This is a beautiful place. comfortable and just amazing. The rooms just makes you feel at home. really a lovely place. I just love the toiletries they catered for those that is in need. All guesthouses and hotels should consider having those...the food was amazing and really healthy. The owner and staff is really friendly. I love this place and would really recommend it.

On booking in date I received a courtesy call to confirm estimated arrival time as well as to confirm directions. Upon arrival we were met and showed to our room, what a lovely surprise we got. The rooms are spacious, superbly decorated and very clean with a lovely outdoor lounge to round it all off.
The friendly staff made us feel truly at home at Deja View Guesthouse, a place wel worth a few return visits !!!
A shoutout to the owners of Deja View Guesthouse for a true gemstone in the Lowveld, your hard work and dedication to visitor satisfaction is praiseworthy !!!
