On Thursday 14 July 2022 I called Jacqueline at JS Inn to make a booking to stay over at the accommodation for one night - Saturday (16 July 2022). The booking was confirmed and she indicated that I need to check in before 13h00 or after 17h30 as they are playing bowls during that time. I confirmed that it shouldn't be a problem.
At 16h30 on Saturday, I called Jacqueline to indicate that we are ready to check, and I just wanted some indicated on when they will be at the premises. She indicated that they will be there in approximately 30 min.
I went to collect some takeaways and arrived as the accommodation premises shortly after 17h00 just to find out that they have double booked the accommodation at that there is no place for me.
The way I was received at the premises and how I was dismissed was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had to find alternative accommodation.
