The management service is Very Bad, I cancelled my booking due to the third wave COVID-19. It's almost 2 weeks now I haven't received my refund. Already this is a reflection of the type of service I will get if I book there again once the third wave has passed. If the management service is Bad how will they teach the stuff to give a great service.

Remote was not working, no iron in the rooms and small bathroom, shower had water leaking outside had to use two towels on the floor.

I waited 15min for bath towels to brought to our room because "they are not allowed in the store rooms", I had to ask for extra sugar u0026 coffee for the coffee station (there was 2 sachets of sugar u0026 1 sachet of coffee), the bin under the coffee station had a torn box of trust condoms u0026 a used condom of which that made my husband u0026 I question the cleanliness of the bed sheets, the tap in the shower kept falling off, we used to like this place, we are never going back there
