They can be glad you must give it at least one star. Don't think they even worth one star. Order online wanted to pay with my card then card machine not working then told me to pay with E wallet so I did then driver told me I must pay more for banking charges. Lol really e wallet doesn't have any bank charges. This is really unacceptable and a driver think I'm really that stupid. Then the driver gets really cocky as a customer. So I told him to give me back my money and take his pizza's he told me that he will bring back my money later. So I made him phone his manager to bring me my money back before he leaves. So waited another 35min for manager to bring me back my money.

Just wondering why the Debonairs team only comments on good reviews, but no comment on the bad reviews? Makes you wonder who the good reviews come from actually.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! walk in with the guy standing on his phone noone else even bothered that you are there, finaly when you get your order nothing is right. The drinks you order and PAID FOR is suddenly out of stock your pizza is completely wrong and they wont give you your money back. I do not recommend Debonairs @Westend to anyone! VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I won't be coming here soon. I only gave it 3 stars because i love the food. Such a shame the staff is extremely unfriendly and ignored us for 5-10 minutes. The staff member at the counter didn't even look at me when i was asking can i place an order.

Ellen was very rude and unhelpful, won't be buying at this store again, sadly not my 1st bad experience there, but definitely my last.

Worst pizza I had ever. Tasteless with very little toppings. I will never support them again
