Awesome customer service and we'll mannered staff. I enjoyed staying here though we hardly spent time as we would leave in the morning and come back at night. The rooms are nice and clean equipped with an aircon which helped a lot seeing its winter. The rooms have showers not sure if some have bathtubs as we booked only 4 rooms. It's a self catering place though not sure if they cater for breakfast as I never asked. It would be nice if the owners can consider having micro ovens in the rooms and rechargeable lights when loadshedding takes place. Overall the place is beautiful and peaceful.

The difference with the rooms we had,was not that much.I think standard room are better than executive room. The executive rooms are not the same,although we paid the highest price but it was disappointing .Swimming pools were dirty and the rules thereof were a bit harsh. There is no was you can go to the pool without making noise or splash water. The lady in the reception was excellent. This up to Gracia

This was my second time staying at the property. This time we had no wifi for the duration of the stay. We did inform the staff but nothing was done. We had no hot water for 2 days. We notified staff the first day and nothing was done. Hot water and wifi is part of what we paid for. Rather disappointing

Rooms are smelly. Place is not clean. They have cats roaming everywhere. Definitely not what we saw on the pictures

It's a great place. The rooms have different bathrooms, some have showers and the other have bathtubs. My room had this beautiful garden view next to the bathtub

Only the staff was great.

The family room had a lot of faults. The Fridge, the bed, cleanliness, couches are dirty. The staircase going to the children's bedroom broke, what a risk. I have travelled to a lot of places and I have never seen such. The place is not maintained. I do not recommend it at all.

A very quiet place, great to rest, has comfortable beds but very very thin walls.
