Worst experience ever, got here to a room room had no warm water and the tv was not even working called reception and eventually afer a big struggle got moved to another room, still no warm water, next morning there is no water at all. Room only had the dstv info channel. And as proir comments refunds are an issue. Very delapitated, missing towel rails broken shower doors, mold in.closets and showers, before booking a room here get a cheap tent and you will have a better experience

Very disipointing. Wifi not working, garage doors standing open, building noises all over.

Lady at the front very friendly call and ask if theres wifi to come here cant work every 2 seconds wifi go off.

Call the manager to help me hes answer he will call the owner. What are a manager there for.

Now i understand why there is n poster that said NO REFUNDS. They have ypur money and sont warry.

Will never see me again.

We made the staff aware that we are doing contract work and will return in the early hours of the morning. They assured us that there will be somebody available to let us in. We arrived at 03:00 in the morning and couldn't get into the place. The intercom wasn't working and they didn't hear the hooting. It forced us to drive back to Jhb that time of the morning after working through the night.
I complained about this and the lady agreed that the intercom is not working. When I requested a refund because we paid for something we didn't use, they refused and said we didn't communicate properly or tried the land line.

We will NEVER stay there again and I will make sure to tell other colleagues and people to avoid this place at all cost.

The service especially shower electricity was not good. The swimming is not proper and clean... ????????

Fantastic Place. Manager is awesome and so are the staff. Beautiful views and clean kitted rooms. A brilliant place and an excellent guesthouse. 10/10!

Had a pleasant stay I have to say ... the place is very clean and well looked after Good service from the stuff very helpful will definitely come back. The Pool was amazing super clean, beautiful view at the back and I also need to commend the honesty from the stuff working there as we had forgotten something valuable when we checked out and we called in it was identified and arrangements were made to have it couriered back to us, its not easy to find such honesty these days. Overall its highly recommended you will have a great time at Naldorado

Our stay was the worst,we checked in and were given a room that had no Air conditioner, 1.we had to complain to be moved to another room and you can imagine how hot it is, 2.The reception phone does not work,We went out one night and came back at midnight to find ourselves locked out,no one responded to the calls or the hooting,we ended up having to go book at a nearby lodge. 3 Had friends over and they were kicked out for no reason,we were treated like children as grown as we are,and there was nothing mentioned about not having visitors over,4 the beds are so uncomfortable,5.The receptionist is not not useful at all. 6.The owner of the place is so rude you cannot reason with him,we tried talking to him in a civilized manner but he cannot reason with anyone,its his way or the highway and he kicked us out like dogs for demanding a refund for a night we did not spend there.
