I love Galito's, I buy lunch from them almost everyday, but lately I have been having fights with their delivery guys. Galito's always has a new driver every single time, and they would phone for directions and still get completely lost. My address is clear on the order and the streets are marked as you drive but they would still not find my office, the experience lately is not as good as it was before. They must get drivers and stick with them for that specific area, know the clients and build a good relationship. I eventually had my lunch delivered in like 30 minutes, if not more. That's not pleasant

Galito's has nice food, but I need they need to be more attentive, for the second time I got what I didn't order. First I got the wrong drink, Today was worse I got the wrong order all together even though my slip clearly states chips not rice. And because of loadshedding they couldn't do anything about it. Had to make a plan.

I had ice cold chicken when it got to my table I sent it back to get warmed up again just to find out they warmed it up in the microwave ,,6 hours after eating nothing for the rest of the day I was sick for the whole weekend..service was great but the food was not

I placed an order for delivery, after 1 and a half hour tried to follow up but they just drop the phone in my ear! Worst service ever. Would not recommend them at all!!

Good food service not too good for takeaway. Gets order wrong quite often. But food is good

They messed up our takeout order but thankfully they fixed it after we drove back... It was big inconvenience having to drive all the way back though
