McDonald's Nelspruit Crossing Drive-Thru

Restaurant closes at midnight. It's 19h30 and they only serve at the drive through. Asked if my kid can use the bathroom while we wait the obvious very long queue. My request was very rudely rejected by the manager...not cool...not fast...not coming back!
Update. The manager of the manager called me the next morning to apologise and confirm the restaurant closes at midnight so this was unacceptable. Next saturday i stopped there at 23h30...restaurant closed nobody there... well does not look like the manager learnt anything!

Very friendly staff. The staff even offered to help me carry my food to my car. Best service at a food outlet that I have experienced in a long time. Food was prepared fresh, and exactly what I ordered. Thanks to this outlet, you made my day. I will surely be visiting again in future.

The drive thru was a bit slow but manageable. I got some fries and they were great as always but the problem is paying for the food. The machine did not accept tap to pay

After waiting in line for almost an hour, I check my order at receiving...4 Big Mac meals. 3 Cheeseburger and chips. 1 x 6 chicken nuggets and chips. I only get 6 chips. Just to be told at receiving to go back in line to reorder with a sarcastic smile. I had 6 kids and 2 adults in my car to feed. I dont think McD Crossings have EVER gotten my order right. Maybe rethink your shift roster. ????

I love this place and to my support the staff always recognize me when I come there if I dnt and my partner does they always ask where I'm at mind u I dnt knw them its always a pleasure gng to this mcd

Pathetic service like always.

One day told breakfast is only at 6 and today after 6 just told its not breakfast yet.

Please teach all staff what times are what,they are very uninformed
