This is one good and well run business. Very Reliable. Good honest info on Camera's and Lenses u0026 related equipment. Heinrich has always provided good service. I purchased 2 cameras, 2 lenses and binoculars from them over the years. He even sold a used lens for me and printed 37 prints on canvas. Cleaned sensors on 2 camera's. Even when there was a problem with a new lens he helped me get it sorted. In the end I was satisfied with the result. I have been going there for 5- 6 years. Highly recommend this business. Excellent business. got some good advice on how to deal with what we thought was a broken camera. It was actually not broken ! They showed me how to sort it out. My partner very happy. Busy place, can tell why. Many thanks

The service at Kodak Express Crossings has steadily decline over the last few years. The staff is not helpful at all. I was not informed how to edit my photos - the assistant simply started editing photos without my permission or input. Afterwards I was not informed how long I would have to wait. I purchased a frame that was shabbily wrapped and dirty. Overall it was really a bad experience with the staff. I will not be making use of this Kodak Express again.
