Staff is friendly and helpful although there is often long waiting periods. Pricing fair but there are other businesses in Nelspruit offering the same services at much better prices

For the last few times i noticed that there was a client that used the facilities of postnet crossings as his "office" very much at home , bantering with the workers ,very noisy, and the would indulge and carry on ,quite loudly a conversation with him,not really giving attention when serving you. Not an environment when wanting to make sure your needs are met.

Standing at the counter no one will greet you and say GOOD MORNING sir just a moment, and eventually after fiddling on their smartphone will give you lazy rude service.

Received friendly, fast and efficient service as always. My parcel arrived undamaged and in good time.
The prices are very reasonable and having it delivered to another Postnet allowes the recipient to collect at their convenience (especially since working from home means meetings at random times, when you can't always leave your desk to sign for a parcel)

This is one on the nicest companies in town. Staff is always friendly and heldful to the point and not out to waste your time. Prices are reasonable, but the service makes up for it.
