The facility is very neat, good equipment. Could use some innovative equipment though. Gym is very clean and upheld to good standards. Staff and trainers are very helpful. The Kauai is also brilliant, and service is always great. Great place to workout!

Great gym with lots of clean equipment. Friendly service. Plenty of personal space for ladies and men to get on with their gym.

The gym is well equipped with a large range of machines, weights and cables. The gym also boasts two squash courts as well as a cycle studio, a studio and a stretching/mobility studio. Lovely staff members and change rooms
