Lots of vegetarian u0026 vegan options. The food, coffee and service was good. Kid friendly with a small play area at Illanga Mall. We swopped the bacon for mushrooms.

Mugg and Bean is right at the Entrance on the far side of the mall by Woolworths and Lovisa. I stopped in for Brunch, I was warmly welcomed and shown to a table. The waiter took my order. The vibe was warm and cheery. I ordered a coffee and a toasted chicken mayonnaise with sweet potatoe fries. I enjoyed the sweet potatoe but found the chicken mayonnaise very bland and tasteless with not much filling. My waiter was attentive and friendly and the meal was brought quickly. I will definitely visit again.

A pleasant lively place for a cup of coffee or a meal. The place is neat and well ventilated. Has friendly staff eager to welcome and assist you. The service is commendable. One cannot fault the place for dishes served. Quite a variety to please, meeting a diverse customer.

It's a nice spot for breakfast or lunch. Can also grab a mocha while you do your work,, in a safe area, well ventilated, amazing staff especially the manager who is very helpful and always there to assist.. I have to say they make the best platters in Nelspruit, made timeously and ready for pickup in case one has an event. Quite affordable and also flexible with their platter designs, but definitely worth every cent, and the manager also helps to ensure that the platters are made to perfection. you can alsso grab a quick snack or coffee on the go if you aren't planning for a dine-in. Highly recommend the place!!

The service was poor, my waitress wasn't welcoming. My meal didn't have a corn when I enquired the waiter just said you'll get it next time, it was not my fault that they didn't have it in stock or so but at least replace it with something or apologize when bringing the meal.

Very happy with the service each and every single time. Waiter was very attentative to our table. Management was very accommodating to our work situation.

Flapjacks was sour. They dont apologize, chose to ignore us after sending it back for tasting - when we asked, they admitted it was sour. When meals came - the meatball dish was evererything BUT whats on their menu. The manager just made an excuse that they dont have the same bowls, that is the way they make it....and that it does not look like the picture on the menu. Even though there was NO cheese, parmesan or meatballs as indicated and discribed. The bread was not toasted and not baked in the oven. Dont know what that was....but absolute Horrible experience. Ended up paying full price for sour food.
