I am very disgusted by the attitude of the staff of scoops ilanga mall. I was rudly refused to change my 1 item order and was told that the order cannot be cancelled. This is not the first time I experienced the bad management of Scoops. It is very disappointing that only ice cream shop in ilanga mall is of absolute mismanagement and will no longer spend my money there.

Very bad customer service The shop attendant was unfriendly and rude I wanted to buy ice cream for 5 children One child wanted to taste and she refused and said we must pay first

Long story short, I will be visiting scoops ilanga today to sort out an incident regarding a manager threating to take my daughter to court over a payment that was not done, but it did go off twice which i would say was scoops fault, with no apology the manager just put the phone down in my daughters ear. I will be there to sort this out. Disgusting!

Service is despicable and rude. People push Infront of you and when you complain about it, the lady behind the counter argues with you.

Open until late, get ice cream before or after a date or night out. The best scooped ice cream, had vanilla u0026 caramel. Prices are good.

They make the best ice cream in Mpumalanga, it's a South African Gelato, I like their Chocolate and their Sorbets are irresistible.
