I have been standing and waiting for 15 minutes and waiting to order, just to see how other people are being helped before me...my suggestion is to add another person on the sales counter....

Eventually when I got to the order, they didnt have wings in stock nor the milkshakes that are being advertised.

I love Nandos but this experience were not great Focus on making this store as sharp as your advertising, then you are in the game..

Today I waited for 20 minutes for my berry blaze I ordered at 15h30, after asking several waitresses to check it for me. When eventually 1 waiter attended to me, I went to the counter to check my order only to find that it was lying on the counter unattended
I demanded another one and watched them do it The lady put everything and I asked about the alcohol, she wasn't aware that my drink required alcohol.
I'm very disappointed. Had I not watched them prepare it, I would have been given a wrong drink when I had paid more.

I do love nandos a lot. I came to buy with high expectations of a great chicken. I ordered full chicken half lemon and herb and half hot. When I got home I was so shocked to find my great chicken so dry without suaces to make it worse I ordred extra sauce. My order number was 683. So disappointed ????????????

Probably the worst Nandos I've eaten at. Food quality was more or less okay. Service and staff were completely poor. I watched the cashier round up everyone's bill for charity without asking. He told me he rounded mine up by mistake when i asked. I watched another customer have a 10 minute argument for a sachet of tomato sauce.
