Staff are inattentive and give the feeling that you are a chore. They don't make eye contact, smile or greet. The distinct lack of a drinks menu paired with the waiters inability to tell me what was in the drinks just made it worse. The table was sticky, with a stained placemat on it and dishes from a previous client, and I was one of four customers in rhe establishment. It's shameful for the mother company. I'm from Joburg I was homesick and went looking for somewhere similar to what I'm used to. I'm used to working in bars there, so maybe I'm spoiled, but I do consider these things common courtesy and a big part of our industry. Very disappointed and hope they get it together for the sake of their more discerning tourists who will not tolerate the lackluster efforts I was subject to.
