If it wasn't for the scenery I'd give it 1 star. The buffet - if you can even call it that - was very limited. The customer service was bad and it seemed like the staff didn't want to help us. Some of the food was undercooked and it was an overall bad experience. I would not recommend it to even my worst enemy.

Was there 1st of October checked in 14:00 bt our charlet was still not ready???? but the supervisor made up to us????and again we were not allowed in the pool site bcoz "someone" booked the whole pool area bt during our booking it was never mentioned ok the supervisor made up again ???????? bt never the less it is a quiet place, beautiful ???? perfect and security tight ???????? safe ❤️

Refundable deposit received ????????????????thank you Ndalo Lodge Mbombela ❤️ will come again

The place is beautiful surrounded by nature all around, peaceful and tranquil, I can recommend families and friends to visit the lodge????

My goodness , weekend well spent , I truly loved this place , it gives that exclusive experience of nature and a beautiful scenery, what a beautiful place to watch the sun go down. There is a energy of peace u0026 harmony all around

I'm Lucky Maseko from Middelburg , what a friendly staff actually on top of the range , Sphesihle , Sbu and the rest of team , you are unbelievable we really enjoyed our stay and we will come back again December. want I really ask from the Management is the Parking areas to be improved with shelters in case the inevitable occurs like hailstorm and we will know that our vehicles are safe from damages and we will sleep peacefully.

Wow wow ???? The staff are so organized well accommodating. The neat beautiful classy rooms, were you decide to sleep in, either self catering chalet or lodge rooms with free breakfast in the morning. Great spacious area by the pool to braai even with friends even so every chalet have it's own braai area. It's located very central from Nelspruit town, peaceful area even the beds were comfortable... indeed a home away from home

The lodge is quiet impressive with lush greenery and varied plants and trees and I noticed that they are expanding. Attending a private wedding here and it was just amazing!
