The hotel was clean and cozy ???? ???? the only bummer was some of the guests that were absolutely inconsiderate! I can understand being noisy during the day time, but after midnight and early hours of the morning! Not on. We should all conform to standards of good behavior. You are not on your private property. The room next door does not lead to your kitchen, it's a hotel and have other guests . So be considered!

Beautiful place, convenient, safe and the staff is hospitable, friendly, helpful. Hosted us beautifully. The clean linen, bathroom and well kept rooms made our stay pleasant. Enjoyed the pool, felt like home away from home. Oh the view from ons of the pools there is magnificent, the pool near the restaurant. Beautiful view of the city and mountain backdrop. And having a bath tub instead of a shower was a plus for me♡ well except the inconvenience of not having a bar fridge in room 46 (where we stayed) we had a great time. Oh and the guy who helped us with our booking over the phone; Howard, excellent service thank you.

Neat and tidy... clean as well. Not many extras depending on which room you take. We stayed in the cheaper accommodations as we only needed a place to sleep for the evening but it was still up to par. I did have a problem with people being loud in the evening as the rooms are closely situated to one another. Easy to find and good security

Rooms were very clean. The beds a bit small. Maybe consider accommodating big and taller guests. The service was great, they went out to accommodate us. The place is quite secure and very close to the Ilanga Mall and not that far from Riverside Mall.

I lost a lot of things which were unaccounted for.
The rooms are not properly cleaned and the receptionist acted like it's okay when i reported this.
Bad hygiene is normalised!
They really need to improve on the safety of their guests belongings and cleanliness because it is generally a nice affordable lodge.

I sadly will not stay here again. So many things were wrong with the rooms. Light fixtures not working, bed missing a leg, bathroom doors not closing properly and toilet paper in the shower. I brought this to the attention to the staff the next day. All they said is I should have raised it to them at night and they would have relocated us who wants to be shuffled around at 11 pm. Point being is that the rooms should be defect free to start with.

Honestly... I was not impressed.
Overpriced accommodation... And was shocked, about the R180 for a BASIC English breakfast...

Parking is a nightmare!!!

The only thing i could compliment about was the warm shower and fast wifi.
