Disgusting. We were in the process of applying for the room and requested a lease agreement to peruse before paying deposit, where after we had a few questions regarding the terms in the lease. Seems like the owner threw a little tantrum because we dared to question some vague terms and 3 days before occupation was supposed to take place, decided that someone else will now be moving in. Highly unprofessional.

Close to Mall of Africa, Gautrain Station Midrand and Pearson Institute. Comes with free reliable WiFi. Secure complex and it’s quite affordable. Home away from home.

Excellent accomodation option for students going to Pearson u0026 nearby colleges. Also offers short-stay options for travelers and visitors to the area.
