Nice feel to it. Friendly service but service is very slow.
Many a time we had to wait for them to go buy the ingredients for our meal. Ended up walking out more than once.

Could be cleaner.

But they have Amstel on tap which is awesome.
Dogs are allowed.
Great place for kids to play

Awesome place to bring your dogs for run around the outside area. Sundays are especially fun as there are live bands outside. Wednesdays music quiz night which is also always fun.

We love going to the country pub and market.
The food is great. I love that on market day kids can play, I can shop and dad can watch his sport and have a drink.

Honestly a revolting experience. We sat in the pub to watch F1. Smoked out by the manager and his crowd. Kids sitting in the bar all afternoon in the smoke. The people next to us brought in their dogs whilst we were eating. One dog was wounded and dripping blood. The food was below average and the service went from ok to appalling. The manager then instead of helping his staff who were struggling with the volume of customers, started shouting at them which ensured into a huge screaming match which was beyond unpleasant for the guests. The ladies loos are revolting. Won’t be back.

Relaxing atmosphere which makes you feel as if you are not near the city.
Good playground for the kiddies, you will need to like dogs as they are running around off their leashes, the rule about dogs being on leashes at all times is not enforced.
However, the waiter we got left a bitter taste, for this story we are going to call him Chad, Chad was argumentative, slow and didn’t clear the table when items needed to be cleared.
When we arrived to join our friends, it took Chad about 15 minutes to come at take our drink order and this was only after having to ask another waiter to go find him.

When we eventually got our drink, it was incorrect, I had ordered draught A and had gotten draught B which was also not tasting right, when I had brought this up with Chad, he argued with us and told me I was wrong and it is just in a different glass, and left us.
We eventually found the manager who looked into the problem and rectified it.
Later that evening when we ordered a platter and it arrived with items missing Chad again argued with us and told us we were wrong, again we had to speak to the manager who looked into the missing items to find one was just not made and the other was no longer available which the front of house was not notified by the back of house.
All in all it was a nice place to visit and will probably go again, but if we get Chad, we will be asking for a different waiter as he needs training on customer service.

Excellent food. Cold beer. The feel of the country. Really cool place. Staff are attentive. Good service.

Delicious food, awesome vibe, and very family friendly.
Will definitely go back soon again.
