I've just had the worst orange juice at McDonald's Kyalami so bad wow after a good first experience... And the buns werent fresh had to throw out the drink

Got the spicy chicken nuggets from this branch usually they take about 10 minutes to give to us , which in itself is an issue, however we got our meal as soon as we got to the window which was suspicious considering we always had to park and wait for the nuggets. Got them and I’ve had an issue before with the lack of gloves post covid but chose to believe in their sanitary conditions. However I was diagnosed with a stomach bug a few days after getting nuggets from this brunch extremely upset and will definitely not be getting food from this branch again

The staff here are friendly and the store is not busy so its qucik abd easy to get food. I had to learn how to order my food using a touch pad they have near the tills instead of ordering at the till but that wasnt so difficult. They also had a nice cafe with little cakes and things. The only other people inside were business people eating while responding to emails and making calls

This is the worst McDonald's drive thru. I needed 1 McFlurry for my kid. We were in the drive thru queue for 45minutes due to bad management. Some lady had a issue with her order and your manager and staff didn't have the courtesy to remove that lady from the queue and deal with her separately. There we several cars in the queue. Some people already ordered and were exiting the queue due to the inconvenient waiting time. The audacity of your staff who failed to advise the people in the drive thru queue that there was a problem. This is pathetic service. I will never be back to this McDonald's. Oh wait never again to any of your stores. ????

Went to get breakfast at the drive thru. Was asked to go wait by the parking lot for 3 minutes which ended up being 20mins. I was with a baby so getting out of the car with the baby is a lot of work. Called 3 times no answer. Luckily I saw 1 of their staff members cleaning who I had to ask to go check my order. Not going back there again.

Unsanitary, no gloves when handling food. This is honestly disgraceful. No hair nets were not worn by some individuals. No straws for our drinks, no serviettes. Useless service and super rude. After ordering our meal inside because the drive through was too long, we stood inside and got to see really what goes on for once while food was being prepped and I am mortified. I’d anyone saw how food was being handled I don’t think you’d ever want to eat there again.

Regardless, our meals were so below average. No sauce on McMuffin, no straws to drink from and not a serviette in sight.

This branch is a disaster... 35minutes waiting while staff playing at the back and customers waiting for service... I asked for a refund they refused.. other customers came before us waiting and complaining but they also ignored... but staff are playing and laughing saying system was offline however drive thru customers were getting their orders..i asked for sit down i got take away in the end after one staff member tried to apologize..i wanted to leave the food there and then and let someone else eat it but i decided to accept their apology which i ended up regretting ..the food had a bad aftertaste as if the meat had gone bad, no surprise really as it is a very quiet branch, probably because most people have had a bad experience here .. no seriously Head Office intervention is needed here as there is no management or owner in sight hence why staff acting the way they do.. having my own businesses including restaurants they can offer for me to purchase this branch and I can show the Head Office how I can make it reach the sales it has the potential for by being a hands on owner and operator...obviously the current owner doesn't have a clue how to run this business
