Visited this place for lunch on 27th April. Quite a nice venue. Good decor. Great variety in the menu. Ingredients are fresh and the food is well made and tasty. Portion sizes are decent. The biggest issue was the service. There are too few waiters and we had to eventually called for our bill as we sat for about 10 minutes with no check up. Also there are no fizzy drinks available as it is a healthier food restaurant even though they do offer cake and other sugary drinks.

Super spot for fresh goodies. Love the fact that it supports local farmers and makers. The food served at the eatery was delicious, out waitress was super friendly and helpful

Love the food selection and all the healthy products that are constantly being added to the shelves. The store is laid out so well, easy to find items and to see where is what. I tried the eatery last week and had a simple cheese sandwich but it was lovely. I will definitely try something a bit more exiting next time. The amount of vegetarian varieties is also amazing! Thank you for taking all people into account with your product offerings. Love those Vegetable wraps.

Great place for great food. The restaurant staff are amazing. The food is delicious. The drinks are perfect. And the grocery store side has a wonderful selection of healthy foods avaliable.
I can't wait to return.

Jackson's has been made for the foodie who wants to be healthy. The food is incredibly fresh, organic, very good for you. There is a restaurant within the shop where they use some of the ingredients that they sell in the shop. The food is made and prepared with the good of the body in mind.
The only reason I didn't give out a whole 5 star is due to the high prices of most of the goods. Unfortunately, a vast majority of people who want to live healthier, organically and ethically can't afford such food. Quality is directly proportional to price.
I do hope though that more and more stores and entrepreneurs will look at Jackson's and see them as an example to follow into the future.
I am also very happy to know that Jackson's supports local farmers and those that ethically source their food eg.free range.

In conclusion
Jackson's is a pioneer in good, quality food that's reasonably priced for the quality given. Definitely support them and make it a mainstream thing to seek healthy and ethically sourced food

I am all in for supporting local produce farmers and knowing where your food comes from. When I was a child, my mother only bought our fruits and veggies from local farmers (when they still existed within our communities) and I recall how cleaning off the dirt was turned into a game and less of a chore by turning it a competitive sport. The simpler times of the 80's. Back then it was also far more economical to buy from farm to table, while it is far more expensive now, that going to Woolies or Checkers. I'm certain that the reason is, they are getting paid a very good price for very good produce. Well that is the hope. Much of what you can find at Jackson's is very good indeed. If you're after the 'Whole/Real Food' experience, Jackson's does it in great style and sometimes with good value for money. Sit down for a coffee and enjoy a birds eye view of the hustle and bustle below.

I visited this store on Friday 27th May for the fist time to buy Plantain chips and my experience was very scary. During my purchase in the shop a lady whom i think was the floor manager alerted me that i was being followed in the shop by, a man who was literally waiting outside the shop for me. Upon alerting me she also made me feel safe by calling security and making me comfortable in the shop, thereafter security escorted me outside the shop safely to my car.

I don't know what the man's intensions were but i can truly say that she went beyond her call of duty to make sure that i was safe. This place is truly a safe zone and i appreciate all that they did. Thank you Jacksons Kyalami, Thank you
