Burger King Kyalami Drive-thru (Halaal)

This is really an unpleasant place to stop at. The staff are very noisy. They shout at the top of their voices to each other. They sit around as per the photo I posted where the customers could sit. I wanted to use the supplier USB Power Ports and Plugs, but the staffs' phones and phone chargers were plugged in where the customers are meant to sit. The soda drink I had, had a lump of something in it that looked like it was an insect (see other photo). The security guard took a private call and was very loud an exited to talk to whoever. This is not good place to visit if you want to sit down and eat. There is no management or the owner of this franchise is the same way and has no manners or belief in looking after one's customers.

As a big fan of Burger King I used the App and ordered a BK Crunch special with a cone.
I was only told once I had paid and the food was given to me that the ice cream machine was broken. The staff provided no other solution other than refunding my entire order, taking the food away and me ordering something else.
Additionally, my order did not come with any condiments. Upon requesting condiments the staff argued that I received tomato sauce. Their solution was not to give me a packet of sauce but rather to spray tomato sauce from a bottle into a chip packet.
I didn't enjoy my experience or my meal.

Worst service ever. First of all we ordered through the drive thru, and for some reasons we were asked to park and wait on the side which took about 15min. The lady and the guy came out to drop the orders starting with the car that was behind us. We ordered a king box combo beef and six wings. To my surprise now I was given a chicken burger, I don’t even eat chicken burgers so now my money is down the drained. I guess she mixed the orders with the car behind us. And now no one is picking up the phone. Disappointing!!!!!

Friendly staff, clean space and one can chill there for a quick meal. However the service is the worst that I’ve ever experienced in any other Burger Kings I’ve been to. We bought burgers and chicken, waited for 30mins and our order was not ready. We were only told that the chicken was being cooked hence the delay, would have been nice to know in advance though.

Good food and friendly staff. The place is always kept clean. Only down side, for me, is that they don't have bacon on the menu so it is not usually my choice of Burger King.

The worst chicken ever. What a waste of money!! The chicken was over spiced,coated in too much flour and deep fried for too long making it so hard on the outside and dry on the inside. Their chicken looks nothing like what they advertise.

This is a great Burger at an excellent price. The speedy service also was a great bonus!

The crunchy Jalapeños at a wonderful layer of texture and pairs beautifully with the tangy mayonnaise.

At R45.90 for the burger- it’s must try.

I’ll rate this burger a 7/10

I will be having it again!
