Absolutely disgusting service, I cancelled in March as response times were between 17 and 30 minutes. Asked for manager's to call me never did. Suddenly from June I satted getting invoices and debit orders going off my account. I have been complaining for weeks and was assured it had been sorted out but received another statement saying I owe money again.

Shocking! Bad service u0026 Bad management!

1) BAD SERVICE: Request lodged over 2 weeks ago, only partially resolved. Followed up twice now, u0026 today I was told the person is on a smoke break u0026 that they'll call me back when they are finished smoking! Very telling of the general customer service levels and priorities at ADT!

2) BAD MANAGEMENT: I can handle delays and bad service. What I can't handle are costly inefficiencies, in the hands of people who should be managing the company. When it's load shedding, it automatically triggers a panic signal to ADT's call centre, without the alarm going off. No one calls and a guard is automatically deployed. They count it as an unnecessary call out and you get debited at the end of the month R126 for all the unnecessary call outs that month. You have to call in every month u0026 request a refund. You also have to follow up on these requests, and then wait for consultants to first finish their smoke breaks, before queries get actioned / resolved. Poor consultants are driven to multiple smoke breaks, only because of bad management - decision makers should be sorting this ongoing mess out.

Or perhaps there is no incentive to sort this out, because R126pm is automarically taken off customer accounts, on a regular basis, and probably only a few are complaining about it / noticing it.

ADT doesn't even deserve a single star, I don't recommend it and i regret even signing their contract, last night as we where sleeping the alarm went on downstairs the trigger was from the sliding door at the back yard, our place has a main gate where you put in the unit nr. Call centre called and we asked for help, we all gathered in one room as we were scared. The security guy came after 30 minutes and parked at the main gate, which is approximately 600m away.

I called for emergency and I was told the security came and left, really, and we still anxiously waiting for help in one room, not knowing what is happening. This guy has a unit nr and he comes and bask outside on the street away from the incident. I regret!, ADT is useless, zero response, zero safety.

Appreciation for Excellence Service Delivery - Mr S Thomo 1260167 (Daveyton/Benoni)

For the past 4 months, the crime rate in our area has peeked to the highest it has ever been since we moved here 10 years ago. We've recently had to turn to Fedility ADT's services for the protection of our home and vehicles.

The past two weeks have been the worst, with house break ins and vehicle break ins around Sgodi and Railway Houses in Daveyton, Benoni. Three days in a row we've woken up to noise in the middle of the night, only to find that your guys have apprehended someone either trying to break into a house/car or walking around with stolen goods, while patroling the area. I leave home at 4h30 every morning, leaving my wife and kids alone at home, and twice I've had your guys pull up near my house and keep watch until I lock the gate and take off. This has given me the assurance that my family will be safe while I am away. I am also in awe of how they know and keep track of each and every one of our daily routines as your clients.

I would like to commend officer S Thomo (1260167) for his brilliant work and passion for what he does. I had a chat with him this morning before leaving for work and asked for his name and employee number just so we could ask you to NOT to change his area because he is definitely doing God's work around here. Words are not enough to express our deepest gratitude for his dedication and professionalism. Despite the danger he sometimes faces in the course of discharging his duty, he is always the first to respond at a cry for help. We want to thank him for his service in keeping our community safe and protecting the life and property of all its citizens. We have faith that our community is a better and safer place because of his commitment and your service delivery at Fedility ADT.

We are definitely referring our family and friends to Fedility ADT and will continue to advocate for you. Please keep up the spirit and stay safe!

Worst security company... I want to cancel my services due to a house break in which ADT failed to check properly. I am now told I must pay a penalty because I signed a 24 month contract... I sent proof that I signed a month to month. Adt is now silent and refuses to terminate my contract

Fidelity ADT Newcastle came through last week and today when the same intruder unlawfully entered my properties and stole my pool pump and lawnmower. SAPS initially refused to assist but after contacting their lt. Col they immediately came. You are my heroes. Thank you all.

A horrendous experience system installed in April and we are still waiting on Adt to get the system working properly. Promises, promises and still not fixed. Stay away from this lot
