it is a 2/10 for me.
Everything about the place was not hotel like. They just do one a favor to just sleep. No proper place to have drinks and relax. Only people who work there are people at reception.
it doesn't even feel safe just within the hotel and people who book there.
nothing impressed me at all. there is no smoking area as well. bathrooms only have 2 small towels. No room service nothing.

Clean and neat. All issues were sorted efficiently (short on towels, mugs and Aircon not working). Food was good. Staff were so friendly and went the extra mile for us.

I don't even know where to start with this place. The pool was quiant, the rooms were affordable but oh so tastefully furnished, the staff were friendly and the bar was such a great place to make new friends. Absolutely cannot wait to come back. Please book in advance but even so, be prepared to wait for a bit to be assisted at the front desk if it's a busy weekend. This place realllly fills up. Definitely would recommend for a night or two.

Its beautiful inside. It's not that big though. The rooms are clean and well organized. There is a bar and a pool. The food is delicious. Would definitely recomend.

if you want the bare minimum. this is the placed to go. kitchen staff were rude to the reception staff after I had asked her about something about the kitchen and she had called to confirm/double check with them, I then tried getting room service, I was told I needed to go down to the bar to COLLECT for myself because they do not bring drinks up- WHAT IS ROOM SERVICE THEN ? I had then decided to ditch that idea and request for a glass instead - the kitchen staff also told me they do not provide glasses to the room...at this point i was fed up and highly irate- it was sadly too late to check out - there was one cup in a double room booked for 2 so you can imagine drinking and sharing a mug to drink bubbles.. highly disappointed

The place is so clean and beautiful. The food was delicious! We enjoyed our lunch there today!

The hotel staff there are very rude and not welcoming at all, we booked from 26th April to 2nd May 2022,the lady called Buhle doesn't have customer service management and also the kitchen staff, when you tell them you don't eat something they don't even make effort to find alternative for the breakfast and I had to pay R140 for eating eggs with juice and muesli with yorghurt, they were not even refilling the tea ingredients in the room.
