The room that I booked had a shower, toilet and sink with no space to put a toothbrush or a toiletry bag, I had to put my toiletry bag on the floor. The painting drips all over the place is just unsettling. The type of blankets used for sleeping is not ideal for travellers. The room furnishings seemed rush and not done properly. The head board wall attachments are very sloppy and messy. There is not enough light on the table in case you need to study or work on your laptop. There are no pedestal/nightstand to place your staff next to you, you must either put them in top of the fridge. Not sure if they offered breakfast since its a BnB. I was not offered anyway. The Car parking space is too confined. Not the best stay for me. Maybe the upper or more expensive rooms are better than what I got. For now I give it 1 star.

I'm recommending this lodge to everyone who lives a clean life, not all that the owner saw that i was stranded without a place to sleep, just sitting at the reception with my luggage, but he insisted on taking me with his own car and offered me another accommodation in other areas of his lodges, i would like to thank you sir for being a human being about this, God bless you. Alimop guest houses are very clean with white bedding and towels and showers were too clean i loved it

From the first day that my husband and I stayed at the hotel, we were very impressed with the hospitality that the receptionists and owner showed and greeted us with. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

We were very impressed with the room amenities. The room itself is beautiful and bright. The bed was extremely comfortable, the entire room and bathroom were clean. The room was equipped with a new TV, fridge, fan, blankets, drawers and clothes hangars. There is a phone in each room - making it very easy to contact reception. Wifi signal is great throughout the hotel grounds.

The common area with couches and the TV is a great place to relax and chat with other guests. The common area also has a mini-bar where you can purchase drinks. The common kitchen is modern and very well equipped. Breakfast served by the hotel staff was delicious as well!

We 100% recommend Alimop Bu0026B. Looking forward to visiting again!

The Receptionist by the name of Evernice is very friendly and welcoming. She showed me around before I made a booking. She knows exactly what she does and very passionate. Keep it up young lady

Alimop is set to be a solid choice for individuals looking for a cheap yet comfortable place to stay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very attentive to client’s needs. It has a very home-like feel once you’ve stayed for a while, and even neighbors are very friendly.

Overall, for the price whilst in Midrand, it’s a bargain.
