I am writing with great disappointment with the experience in the guesthouse. I had a room booked and payed an extra R400 for the third person. The guests were now dictated a curfew upon them, as if they weren't adult enough to know right from wrong; the guests walked into a locked house with the lights out at the hour 22:30 pm. The booking was inclusive of free breakfast of which the guest house DID NOT BOTHER SERVING NOR DID THEY BEGIN TO PREPARE for their guests. The guesthouse caretaker was too persistent on the outstanding payment (extra R400) and seemed as though they had "forgotten" to give out SERVICE to their guests.
The guests I believe were paying the same amount as any other person even though they are teenagers, therefore the service NEEDS to be of standard. We pay for service not stature or age group.

My stay was quiet welcoming, friendly staff and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfy. I recommend it for your greatest pleasure and value for money

I will absolutely not book there again. From walking in, the place was very dusty. When we got to the room, we found a dirty fridge, dstv was not working, found a huge bug in the shower, the cold water tap on the basin was not running so I was forced to brush my teeth with hot water, there were no small bathroom supplies. Considering other guest houses I've booked from, this one is definitely not worth the price.

No wi fi the place is not visible. No former of communication. No wifi its not advisable for business travelers.. i wake up at 9 am i was told the can't offer me breakfast because its was made at 8am. She has gave out my breakfast.

Our visit was exceptionally warm u0026 welcoming, the lady here is the kindest.
The rooms are clean u0026 the food here is delicate u0026 so fresh; with that said, the location being nice u0026 quiet was a bonus.

Their room was very clean and smell very nice. However I did not like the fact that they did not provide us with breakfast whereas they advertise that their breakfast is for free. We had to leave early to get ourselves breakfast

We had made a booking online and the lady decided once we had arrived to tell us that our room had been given away ..after a long trip getting there..
I found this to be truly unprofessional it was almost as if she had judged weather or not to give us a room at that moment . I was truly disappointed at the type of people we come across!!! Would never recommend to anyone nor will i ever consider this venue they morals are unacceptable!
