There is never enough staff at the counters. If there are 5 people or more in the queue expect to spend 45min before you get to the counter. 90% of the time there are 1-4 staff working the counters. With 11 teller points for parcel collections. (12th is reserved for licence renewal) parcel manager in the back room is not what it could be as it takes 10-15 min for tye staff the leave their counters to go look for your parcel.. Surely things can be improved.....

7 month ago i wrote the review above, I will now ammend it. With added picture. There are 3 tellers open and a queues almost out the door. For both licence renewal and post.

Well when I got there then post office wasnt busy so it was in and out the service was quite fast and the teller that assisted me was very friendly and the PO was very clean

I went this morning to get my car license renewed. Trading hours are stipulated from 09h00. Staff only opened the branch 09h10. We finally entered, let and behold, they only switched their computers on as the queue entered the post office! Customers was told, their systems are slow, this branch lack professionalism and work ethics! You are assisted by the most grumpy staff, at the beginning of the day, it's horrible, based on the reviews, it seems as if this is a norm! Absolutely pathetic.

This Post Office don't have a working photocopy machine. One can hardly ready the poorly copied document which you need to complete for you car licence.

I've been here a couple of times to collect parcels. Service has always been great. Queues are sometimes long (30 minutes) other times you walk straight through.
Its always been clean.
They have card machines, but bring cash.
Staff isn't in a hurry and there are never more than 40% of the tellers open.

Spent 4 hours just to renew licence disc, a very long queue up to the basement parking with only 2 tellers operating for ALV. Ba mborile shame

Possibly the slowest service ever. Standing in this queue you will ask yourself if the notion of time as you know it actually applies here... Because it doesn't move and you don't move too... If the teller goes to the back, you start imagining a black whole that swallows her and spits her back possibly lightyears after your wait. If you think that any other place you have ever gone to in your life was slow and inefficient... Trust me you are wrong. This place is the worst. Some management and process redesign is strongly needed here.
