If you are going there with any parcels don't leave them with the security guard they will get stolen. My brother's bag was stolen when he left it with the security guard and they refused to compensate saying he was a high school kid. And i recently went there and they lost my parcel too. So be careful.

The time on the website is incorrect! Mr Price Boulders doesn't close at 7pm. Please update your information correctly on google.

Consumer service is good. The stuff are helpful and offer assistance, the is room for improvement.
They always have new stock. But the kids section is small. Its always full, its a busy store and could be bigger.

The level of incompetence from the cashiers is unbelievable, how do you make a customer who came to change a wrong size pants wait on a slow moving queue? Some sort of training needs to attended by the store Manager. I'm not happy e9th the service at all.

The store has a ton of clothing to choose from, helpful workers. Just as normal clothing shops it'll get full around peak times.

Poor customer service. I queued for an hour just to pay for my account. There's a lot of stuff but only one cashier was working.

The phone is never answered, i don't know how else do one get hold of them without going to the store. Horrible service.
