Staff drinking alcohol on duty, Not very welcoming staff or maybe it was because it was an hour before they close. Did not get sources with our food just bad experience I got from this KFC.

Without labelling any other KFC branches as untidy, as far as my experience is concerned, KFC Midrand has been the cleanest KCF i have visited thus far. While i was trying to figure out where to collect my order(since it was my first time in this restaurant, an alert guy(sorry i forgot his name) quickly came to take my order number and promptly came back with my order. My order was hot and tasty. I ordered streetwise two pap. Excellent pap and chicken. Huge pieces of chicken as well. Thank you KCF Midrand!

This place has the best soft twirl, however the service is sometimes poor. The last time I used the drive through the lady that was assisting me was rude. I bought fries and the fries were brown, it was as if they kept on putting the fries in the oil when they get cold. I prefer the San Ridge KFC over this one.

Fact that I can get a twister at 7 o clock in the morning without any hiccups is a bliss for me.

The chips were a bit dry. Was disappointed as you had run out of juice but ordered water instead. Service was lovely.

Awesome. It's just sometimes they don't have water then u can't get coffee
