It was surprising to see a government institution/public service office work so efficiently. Arrived at about 5am, they opened the gates at about 7/7:30am the ladies assisted us according to what services we needed that day, I was there to apply for a child grant. I finished at about 13:15pm, we got delayed because there was loadshedding between 8-10pm. The process was easy and efficient.

The actual office was empty and i was referred to a helpline. Kagiso on the help line very helpful and my issue was solved by the end of the phone call. He was very helpful. Thanks Kagiso!

Good service and helpful staff unusual for a goverment office these days. Perhaps the hospitals could learn a thing or two from this office.

The service and staff in this place is terrible you sit in the application waiting area for hours.There’s about 9 cubicle tables and only 2 people are there to assist.We have elderly people, mothers with newborn babies oooh guess wha the system just went offline as I’m typing

The do not have someone to answer the phone to get any information. They 0800 number for advice or queried in the same

Their customer care sucks. Had to lose it in order to get help. It worked though!

Rude and unhelpful staff, long queues, no chairs for the old people. Only one counter open....THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
