Not the nicest branch.

Just tried to get the choc pie sundae offer on the app. But nobody in store appears to know how to get the app scanner to work.
Decided to pay in full to save my time, they cannot scan for points either ????

Now we just waiting for these sundaes to be prepared. Let's hope somebody knows how to do that cos it's already been a while.

This branch is not half as busy as Jean Crossing but they SO slow and inefficient :-(
Everyone just waits around glumly knowing it's going to be a while!

The service at the drive through was slow and they got some people's orders wrong. I got a horrible done burger and a pain coffee instead of the Chia latte I ordered. The service is generally slow especially when you driving through. The concept of fast food is lost.

It was very bad firstly the lady who took our order from drive through spoke a language we didn't understand,she didn't save our order when we got to the window there was second person who asked us to pay for a wrong order,then she called the first lady who continued to help us in an unprofessional manner,there's was guy busy shouting its home time to the second lady who came to help us.That mcdonald's staff requires urgent customer service training.It was not our first bad experience there.Improve their service urgently and also if someone doesn't speak the same language as you,use English or call your colleague to come and help you.
I'm very disappointed,I won't go neck there untill setting done about this McDonald cafe.

As other food joints it's my favorite fast food place. Liked the aprouch from the stuff and asking if I need assistance with the self service pannel. Also liked the apology given as I couldn't pay at the pannel. Like it alot

The food was fresh and crispy. I expect a Drive-Thru to be quick but however on this particular day, there seemed to have been a delay with my order. I waited for a bit of time before my order was ready and this extended the queue.
