If it was possible i wouldn't even give them a single star. Their service is horrible,they don't have good customer service. We emailed them to postpone our order but they didn't read their email and now they are saying they will not give us the order on the day we want and they want to bring the food even though the event we wanted the food for is cancelled and they say they won't refund us either. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism.

Horrible service from what sounded to me like the manager of the store. I Ordered online and got a ride call from the manager who questioned why I was not answering my phone following making my order. This is a surprise to me as I don’t follow up on online shops once I make orders and I was literally in meetings to be able to take a call.

The manager should improve her communication skills as she is utterly rude.

Awful service.

Ordered online through the website. The order was processed and they took my payment. One hour later I had to call the store to find out what was going on because they hadn't gotten back to me about my order at all. The woman on the phone told me they were only now sending out a driver.

Forty five minutes later, I get a call telling me the driver was lost and I would not be getting my order. Almost two hours of poor communication and frustration just to not receive anything at the end of the day.

Unfortunately can't recommend this store. Very poor service and delivery.

We had to wait for so long for our food and as if that wasn't enough their beef wrap had so much RAW onion in it. The entire mean was spoiled by those onions and the fact that we had to eat cold food to top it off. They really can do MUCH better. In future kindly give customers the option of not having raw onion in their food.

I called 30min after placing my order to find out where my food was, the lady said the driver was on his way, 15min more and still nothing, she then couldn't get hold of the driver. Order arrived OVER AN HOUR after placing it, the food was abit cold and when I asked the driver why he took so long he said he left when they gave it... bare in mind my offices are 5min away, even if had a few drop offs along the way it doesn't take over half an hour to deliver food

I recently started ordering from sandwich baron and ive always had sort of standard service. Today however made me decide today was the last time... I waited an hour and 40 minutes for one wrap to arrive. Chicken avo and fried onion which I have had once before.
We phoned them an hour after the order was placed to find out where the food was as an hour is a bit ridiculous... No they said its next in line.
Another 40 minutes goes by and by this time I am 100% fuming and hoping the food would make up for the wait.
I wanted to pay with my card but the card machines didnt work.. After an hour and 40 minutes no one decided to inform us??? I phone the store to ask what they want us to do now that the guy is infront of me so much later with no card machine?? Look I understand technical difficulties happen but then with deliveries make sure people are aware of the difficulties.

I get to the actual wrap. The previous time I had it the chicken was still semi warm nice avo's inside good balance. This time however it was ice cold!! What should I expect after so much time right? The wrap was 20% chicken 5% avo 5% onion and 70% lettuce... So much lettuce that I took some out.

No, honestly worst service, and the only thing they say is " sorry for the inconvenience"
Last time I am ordering from Sandwich Baron Midrand... Sadly this was very disappointing

Really disappointed, order took very long over 1hr and 20 mins (when we were told 45min) and then was wrong after all. Food was cold when arrived, yet we are located on the same road?

Lady on the phone was very unhelpful. She got my order wrong because as per her words she wasn't listening properly? Asked for a card machine, driver came without one.

Expect more from a Sandwich Baron franchise!
