DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR TWO AND HALF YEARS TODAY MY PETROL WAS SPILLED MAY 24 2022 I KINDLY TOLD THE ATTENDED TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE IT MIGHT KICK OUT AND HE NEVER LISTENED IT WAS ALLMOST 50 BUCKS OF MY MONEY ON THE FLOOR ASKED SUPERVISOR WAS BLAMING THE GUY WICH I FORGAVE AND NEEDED TO KNOW IF THEY A SASOL WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS...

I've been going to this garage for years now and it's always clean and a pleasant experience! A great variety of stuff to buy and amazing staff. I once called in the middle of the night to find out which ice cream they had and the lovely gentleman (Brian) that answered went to the fridge and listed all the ice cream they had. I drove there certain that I wouldn't be dissapointed which is underrated! I also fill up there regularly and their petrol attendants are quick and professional. A+!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

The service might be great at the pumps and the guy at till was friendly and well spoken but the Pies are terrible and the one serving the pies cannot communicate. I clearly and repeatedly asked if the pies were fresh, even asked when they were baked.

The glass eyed stair I received and inaudible mumbling should have been a red light yet I was in a hurry and hungry. To little surprise the pie was off, so off it's meat tasted sweet and after one bite into the cheese griller I tossed it out the window since it tasted sweet and the cheese griller was in fact green-grey-ish.

I even had to spit out the piece I had in my mouth as I'm sure swallowing it would have ruined my weekend. Word of advice: toss the old pies and for god sake don't sell them. I todays economy paying close to R30 for food poisoning is not acceptable!! And get staff that is at least somewhat helpful!

We've only always had such friendly service at this Sasol! We only always throw diesel in here. One can see there is very good management.

Pathetic... no service struggling with water bottle and have up on getting petrol. And toilets very unhygienic... rather go to engen on new road
