This is the most disgusted I have ever felt after eating Our KFC on the drive home after a very long day just to realize our POPS were raw chicken. So not only does is cost me 38 Rand per pop but I was not aware that I should pay for them and then I am suppose to cook them myself at home . I AM DISGUSTED I WIL NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN. Pops is ruined for myself and my Husband forever I could not keep it in my stomach because of the raw chicken. NOT ONLY IS THE CHICKEN RAW BUT WHAT DO YOU CALL A TWISTER? not the mini little wrap that we got.

The restaurant has an 'Open 24hours sign' and it says so here on Google as well. It's 12:00am, I drove there specifically to buy food and there was a lady was sitting inside signing to me that it's closed.

Very delicious, very fresh , very hot and spicy kfc i ever have seen before. Very helpful staff and very quick service by the staff. Place is little small and parking is also little small but main thing is their services and food which is really great.

Unfortunately I did not get the best service at this KFC. I was given the incorrect drink and had to argue to get the right one. Then secondly my meal was short a mini loaf. I had to travel 5km to come back here. Really ruined my day. No good customer service from staff

The manager must add the staff to serve the community or customers on the counters. Queenstown is the hub for the long distance Taxis and busses. But the manager and his or her team failed dismally to play a major role in having enough staff to serve us. Instead we were told that if we are in a rush, must not buy at all. I was expecting better service from Queenstown KFC than relaying such distraction message not to buy anything when late for bus. Please attend to this and improve the service for us.
