Always a great stop traveling back to pretoria from Jhb.
Coffee is exceptional but a bit pricey. Although I suppose a larrge capachino (actually disappointingly small for "large") for R30 is the going rate...

However a taste experience but an occasional treat rather than every-time-favorite-stop.

Took a princess wrap this morning.. my wife and my 4 year old girl have been vomiting since then. Tried calling them, but phone is not reachable . Didn't experience this on any other Kauai. I am sure its because of this wrap since I and my son took something elase from the next door and my wife and 4 year shared the wrap and they have been vomiting since then. Terrible!

The food is good. The staff are unfriendly and short. The experience is similar at other venue.
On this visit the had no Banana which is fine but the blank stare and lack of apology leaves a unfavorable feeling.
I’ll continue to support Kauai but hope the service changes.

I am downgrading this branch now, not because of all the staff, but specifically because of the female cashiers and the manageress. I've visited several times to collect my Vodacom wicode smoothies and they started to develop a worsening attitude towards me each time I came.

The staff at the N1 North branch are much more professional and I'd rather recommend going to them if possible.

I always enjoy Kauai for a healthy and light lunch. Their wraps and bowls are always great and enjoyable and tasty. I also love their smoothies especially the strawberry stingers. Only reason I dropped a star here was because they had a lot of things out of stock. But the staff are always friendly and helpful and I recommend this shop.
