Their coffee is one of the Best, i pass New road when m going and coming from Work, its hard for me to pass by without having a cup of medium ????, Best coffee in town.

The coffee at this branch is generally great but they apparently do 'end of day's during peak hour. You get told to go do other shopping at clicks and come back when they are done... I want to go where Im going, not wait for them to be done with cash up... Cash up should not happen during peak hour. Especially because they arent actually closed. So you wait in a long queue, everyone before you is helped and then you get told to wait. It's actually exceptionally poor on the part of the store owner And store manager to let this happen. Close the doors if you plan to cash up, I cannot believe I've been caught in this again. Why must I stand 10 min in a queue to be told to come back in another 10-15min...

High quality coffee, delicious.

Costly, but if you can afford it, you should give it a try.

Better than Starbucks in my opinion.

Staff could use a refresher lecture on courteousness and professionalism. I don't want to know that my cash purchase is interfering with your cash-up. That is your problem, not mine.

If you want no interruptions during shift-change or cash-up, close the store.

Updated. Stay a pathetic Coffee Drinking experience. Seattle can start a nightclub here as you cannot have a conversation or hear any person. You cannot even hear what the Barista say. The Seattle Coffee Company at Big Bird between (from) Pretoria and Johannesurg and Johannesburg to Pretoria is just a terrible disappointment. It doesn't do the brand justice as there is no company who provide such consistent great coffee as Seattle. However, the staff make huge noise or play loud party nightclub music. It is the only Seattles you will find non stop nightclub music to be played. It is done probably to keep the baristas awake. Seattle baristas set a high standard in making great coffee and being amazing in service. So avoid the Seattle on New ROAD IF YOU CAN. This is on both offramps on N1 between Johannesburg and Pretoria on both New Road offramps. The public toilets are just disgusting. Male and female.

I’ve been to this Seattle Coffee twice and each time they’ve gotten my order wrong even through I repeated the order multiple times. I paid for almond milk before and I’ve been given High Fat Jersey milk or other milk alternatives even though I asked for Almond Breeze Almond milk. I personally love Seattle Coffee, however, I will not be visiting this Seattle again.

I don't drink a lot of Coffee, but just can't resist Seattle Coffee Co. Cuppucino. It is perfect ♥️
