Always need to go park in front of shop and wait for order. Say 4.min but wait 10+ minutes. Not cool. Don't get order right after I needed to wait so long. Or they ask to reverse so the counter does not pick you up. Please address this. You are going to loose business

I bought chicken tonight and it was undercooked and no taste at all sadly I was already home and cant return the meal. I will definitely pass there again tomorrow to request for a refund it's totally absurd to be serving such chicken to customers.

I usually don’t leave reviews but feel compelled this time . I walked in to order a food this restaurant and I was poorly assisted by lady called Busiswe . She literally started to ridicule my order like if order was way bigger. It was kinda unprofessional the whole time and really felt mistreated.

This is the most disgusted I have ever felt after eating Our KFC on the drive home after a very long day just to realize our POPS were raw chicken. So not only does is cost me 38 Rand per pop but I was not aware that I should pay for them and then I am suppose to cook them myself at home . I AM DISGUSTED I WIL NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN. Pops is ruined for myself and my Husband forever I could not keep it in my stomach because of the raw chicken. NOT ONLY IS THE CHICKEN RAW BUT WHAT DO YOU CALL A TWISTER? not the mini little wrap that we got.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE KFC THERE AGAIN

Even though the food I have always bought from here has been great quality and good, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the service levels. There has been times when the cashiers have been less than eager to assist me. I hope this changes since I visit here extremely frequently.

I think this is open 24 hours. The service is good and there is a drive thru or you can sit down. The whole new setup at New Road, on the N1 North and South, is super convenient and is a huge improvement over what it used to be.
