I ordered a pizza for myself on a Friday night expecting a long delivery because it was Friday. Long indeed. The pizza took 1 hour 10 minutes to get to me and it was cold (they are 6km from me). I ordered a pizza with avo and there was no avo on it. The staff said there's only 1 delivery guy working (I'm not sure if that's in general or just that Friday). If it's in general then really guys, spend the money to get another delivery man. Especially on the weekend. Your pizzas are not cheap so it's important to go that extra mile for your customers.

Anyway, I phoned the manager on duty when I got the pizza and complained and he offered me a free pizza and a I think he said a cupcake the next time I order from them. He did really well there as I was agitated and he was calm and kept professional.
It was a while ago and I can't remember who I spoke to, so unfortunately I didn't get my freebie. Do I want to go back? No I don't.

My pizzas arrived upside down. Ice creams and cupcakes never arrived and when we called to get it sorted the manage told us it's ubers fault not his and he can't help us - AND TO TOP IT OFF UBER and Andiccios DIDNt eve refund me the full amount of not deliver items. Daylight robbery and nothing I can do!

Friendly staff. Milkshakes great. Haven't tried their Pizzas yet.

My pizza was a bit warm when it arrived but totally delicious. I'll be visiting and dining in next time instead of ordering out.

Driver entered the estate over 30 minutes, and no sign of him or our food. No calls asking for directions, and the store wasn't much help. Absolutely shocking.

You like a good bean? Their coffee is super(b) and worth detouring for, the taste lingers in our memory taste buds. Pizzas are fresh and crisp and light on the gut and you'll know you made a good choice to choose AD247. You will like their service, too. Seek them out. A notch above the rest

Super disappointed. Don't mind paying for good food, but the pizza is far from the prices worth. Would literally not even pay R50 for the pizza (Boet!) If i knew what i was getting. Probably wont be ordering here again.
