What a complete waste of time. The service is super and I mean super SLOW. We had to fill up our wine glasses ourselves. The food took ages to come out and when it finally got served, it was horrible. We won’t the only customers complaining. I will Never set foot there ever again!

Food gets a 4/10 but the ambiance is awesome. Sit outside for amazing views and tranquility. Our waitress was good. Pity I found out later after I had settled the bill that the waiters don't get their tips if you swipe it with the bill ????????and our waitress had gone home already by the time I found out. Be sure to carry extra cash for tips.

I brought my boyfriend for breakfast for his birthday yesterday and from the welcome ar the door from Lebo, I was already sold. She was amazing, kept on checking if we are ok and giving us that amazing smile of hers. Not to mention Charlotte who was our waiter, she gave us meal ideas and kept on cracking little jokes to make us feel at home. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Nineteen restaurant. I've told my friends already, I am coming back with them next time. The scenery and the views are to die for. It's such a wonderful place for privacy and relaxation

I was taken to Nineteen for my birthday and I absolutely loved it! There was a live performance of which we didn't know would be happening so that was a lovely surprise, and the performer sang happy birthday to those of us who were celebrating and dedicated a song to each one of us and as he was doing so, the restaurant surprised each one of us with a slice of cake, truly magical! The service was really great, so great that when you try take a picture, the waiter will step out of your view. Was particularly impressed with Pinky's service, such a delightful, sweet lady! Over and above that the food was decent, not overly priced but the views and ambiance make up for what is lacking in the food. Highly recommend for celebrations!

Fine dining prices for inedible food. 2 out of 8 at our table enjoyed their food. 3 sent their food back and opted not to order any replacement meal - it really is that bad. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely horrible. Been here a few times now and it is only getting worse and worse in recent times. We ordered tempura prawns. It came just standard battered prawns that were extremely soggy and not worth it at all. Then we ordered main meals, all of them were horrible and wrong. We ordered 2 steaks, both came incorrectly prepared. Even the accompaniments were incorrect. Also ordered the Calamari dish, the accompaniments were incorrect and the entire dish was cold. Honestly, for the prices here, go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.
