Genuinely I'm not a fish person but the experience we had at ocean basket was really nice. The staff is very friendly and take care of you. Check up on you. The food was absolutely amazing and fresh. The environment is also spacious and airy. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend their restaurant. They also sang happy birthday to my family member and not sure if it something always do but felt like including it incase you wanna take a family member on their birthday ????❤️ ( The food gets served in a pan and I know this is a replacement of the actual plate. it can be at times very difficult to move around if you have many people seated at your table because of the pan handle)

I was with my niece , it was her first time eating sea food . We enjoyed the meal together. I love the taste of the ice cream . The service from the waiters was super. Every cent spent there was worth it ???????? . Everything was perfect

Food was amazing. Service was slightly slow, but okay. Other then that everything else was good.

Evening started off great. Ordered starters and mains. The starters took so long that they brought the mains together with the starters. We then asked for them to give us sometime and the manager said he will make another fresh mains once ready. The mains came again and all the food was cold. We had to send it back. Then after 15 mins they brought it back but from the warmer but because of the sauce they put on everything was soggy. This cirus show from the management was really frustrating and spolit our entire Evening.

The experience was wonderful. It was our first time at Mall of Africa as a family and we enjoyed how the restaurants were spaced. It created a feel of a nice calm food culture on the outside where we were sitting. The food was delicious as expected from Ocean Basket. The service was friendly and fast. The place was half full when we arrived but completely full when we left. The manager was at our table twice during our visit to find out if everything was okay ???? thank you to the staff and management for this. We will definitely return.

The food (sushi u0026 sea food platter) and service was truly amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! ????????????????????????
