Excellent service by Lungile and I forgot my phone in the fitting room and one of the male staff brought my phone to me. Lungile know who the man are. I appreciate his honesty.

We were helped immediately by Mpho who was so knowledgeable about which sneakers were best for what we were looking for. He even had my husband up on the treadmill to check his gait. Absolutely incredible service! Thank you.

i have a bad experience with Total sport Mall of Africa

1. i payed my account month passed and the money was not reflecting on my account , i had to go there everyday for a week to get money back

2. i bought 2 pairs of shoes and they claimed the money 2 times
again i went there to ask they don't even bother to check their mistake, their manager said that he will call me , but still nothing he does not keep his words

I have had an account with them and was ready to close it. They refused to close it because I paid my account via EFT and they wanted a physical proof of payment. This was because I had overpaid my account. I sat for 2 hours as they said they would send it to my account. 3 months later, nothing.

I instead opted to purchase something with the overpaid amount. Now I had to call them to confirm my details and stuff. Now they refused me to use the discount and say I must send my bank statement and proof of residence and I must do it in store. What a waste of my time because this entire process took almost 3 hours. I am highly disappointed.

The store seems smaller than expected; I was told there is a Totalsports in Woodmead. The service is not great; there was no one to assist, let alone being visible to find. The store played its music really loud that it's difficult to hear the person next to you. The variety of shoes is not as much. There was no particular specials on their items, especially on their shoes. If there was, I couldn't find it because there was no one to show me.

Total sports is responsible for terrible customer care and dishonest practices. I ordered a shoe online early on Thursday 28 November, only for them to take until late on Sunday December to notify me that they were out of stock. This is despite the fact that a friend ordered the exact same shoe after me and received his order and that their Twitter help line told me (deceptively) that my package was with the courier and on route to me. No alternatives were provided to me (good customer care would be offering a different colour at the same price), and I now have to wait 7-14 days to receive my refund, even though I am getting a refund due to them not fulfilling an order they took and due to their thoughtlessness towards customers.
