Went with family to exchange clothes given to them as gifts. Note that it was an exchange and not a return/refund. The store employees, after checking the tags on the clothing and giving the okay, told my family to go pick the items they want exchanged. After bringing the items to the till, they then say that they can't exchange these items because there was a receipt missing. Most shops exchange clothes given as gifts without making a fuss. We were in Woolworths just before that and they had no problem exchanging items without receipts....as long as the tag was on.
Also, the store employees are very rude and unhelpful when asked for help....they just have a blank look. They also had no cash in the register and said that giving change is a problem. Which shop opens for the day without a cash float in the register to give customers as change?? Very poor service and this shop needs new employees/owners
