Anat claps all the time! ???????? Especially when you have found nice attendants to prepare your food. The MoA Anat is mostly on point. Friendly staff and delicious food. They try to maintain great hygiene and change gloves with every preparation.

Hi.

I was at your branch in Mall Of Africa and I'm discussed with how the manager, a while old man, of the store acts infornt of customers.

Firstly he was eating food at the cash register using his hands. Whilst licking his fingers he was touching the register and card machine.

He then processed to pick food out of the serving tray, such as tomato to taste if it's fresh, using his hands that he just used to eat food.

Secondly he was reprimanded staff members in front of customers for putting too much meat in wraps.

I'm absolutely discussed and will not support this branch again.

Now here is a little gem of a franchise we have always followed these guys as stores opened, the food is always good although a bit expensive for street food on the run. The only problem today at MOA being that counters and food dispensing tubs looked untidy with sauce all over the show veggies falling over the sides and just over used! Sorry 2 stars today!

First time trying Anat, quite disappointing to be honest. Beef of a very low grade, quite fatty and had to throw most of it away. Perhaps the chicken is a better option as many people were ordering that. Totally need to up your standards Anat especially at that pricing

I was so dissapointed i bought chips and they gave me all the small pieces i told them soft chips they made crispy and they seemed like they were sitting fr a very long time i ddnt eat im truly dissapointed.at mall of africa

The website says they close at 10pm but the staff say no they close at 20h30.......turned customers away??? Every other take away store was open.
