I tried calling Sandton today 30/07/2022 kept ringing and
Straight to voice mail!!!
Now after 3 rings Converse store mall of Africa responded.
Why is there such a big difference in service and attitude between the 2 ???

Ultimately the laziest staff and probably the rudest ever. Have no manners to their customers couple of wild animals running the store. Funny thing is their head office has no place to vent the situation I had and trust me I am a very reasonable man who has not had problems with retail stores before.

The brand with the street cred. Never goes out of fashion. Young and vibrant friendly staff. You'll find limited edition converse sneakers that you haven't seen before on the streets. Never a dull moment at the converse store, it brings back old memories. Great brand for South African citizens. Small store but there is variety of shoes.
