The service ok, the meals bland , I ordered a burger the bun was stale. I donr have the energy to deal and was hungry so I shut my mouth ans ate it. I'd left the mall. Also they advertise the whatsapp service to order, dont bother , they answered 30 minutes later.

This 5 star rating is specifically for one of the staff members name tag was written Percy. On the 16th of September 18H02 I visited the shop and bought a meal. While I was waiting for my order one guy came in he was served by Percy at the till. I assumed the gentleman had a hearing problem as he was struggling to hear but Percy was so patient with him, he kept on asking prices for each and every item and not even once Percy was rude to him or eager to get rid of him. He explained patiently so that the guy can be able to hear and understand him. I think they spent approximately 10 minutes interacting and I was so amazed about the service that was rendered. Excellent service from Percy not everyone would have done the way that he did.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had.

Earlier this week, we visited MOA for lunch.

We waited 30-35 minutes for our order. Staff looked absolutely uninterested in helping customers at all. No one called out orders for collection. We had to take our slip to the lady so she could package the order. No communication with customers at all or amongst each other, no remorse either.

Once we got our food, we were so annoyed with the service we left and sat down to eat. The food was cold and the order was so messed up. I ordered chilli cheese bites and cheese in my burger - which I didn’t receive.

I’ll never visit this branch again or recommend it. Everyone I know will hear about this.

OMG! Where do I start...the food is stale. Service is bad, prioritizes Uber drivers over every one else. You will wait forever to receive your order. It's bad shem..if there was a zero rating I would click it.

Got 2 meals before a movie. Both whoppers were cold. So cold the cheese did not even melt. The burgers were eaten right after receiving them, so they did not stand or anything. Chips were OK.

The worst Burger King I have ever been to.
The service was pathetic, the lady taking our order was rude and incompetent…she did not ask what drink we wanted with our meals and after we went to tell her what we wanted ,we still ended up with the wrong drink. They didn’t include any condiments in the bag and the chips were over cooked. If you’re in mall of Africa go to any of the other restaurants you’ll surely receive better food and service.

The store is spacious and staff are friendly and attentive.

The quality and taste of the food is average. That being, rolls are not as fresh as they should be, food temperature should be looked into and their drinks lack flavour (watered down).
